Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") before using kwasans.us or buying a product. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

"KWASANS" refers to Nav Collective LLC, a Florida LLC with a mailing address at [Mailing address — pending; contact hello@kwasans.us]. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site or buy from KWASANS. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, talk to your healthcare provider before adding any supplement to your routine — including ours.

Products and disclaimers

KWASANS sells dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

We use ingredients with defined roles and disclose doses on the label. We do our best to keep product information accurate, but typos and inventory changes happen — we reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including after it's been placed.

Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise shown. Prices and product availability can change at any time. Sales tax is added where required. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and our other payment partners — we do not store full payment card numbers.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence you select (typically every 30 days) at the subscription price shown on the product page. By starting a subscription, you authorize KWASANS to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

Founding price lock: if you subscribe during our founding launch period, your subscription price for that product is locked for as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If you cancel and resubscribe later, the then-current price applies.

Managing your subscription: you can pause, skip, change frequency, swap products, or cancel anytime in your account at kwasans.us/account. Changes made before your next renewal date take effect immediately. There are no cancellation fees and no phone calls required.

You'll receive a renewal notice before each charge as required by law.

30-day routine guarantee

If your first order doesn't feel right, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it. One refund per customer for first orders. Subsequent orders follow our standard Returns Policy.

Shipping and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. For lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, see our Shipping Policy.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your use of the site

You agree not to: misuse the site, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, scrape or harvest data, interfere with security features, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Our intellectual property

The KWASANS name, logos, product names (GLUCO, BIOME, LUME, FIELD, Core System, Complete System), site copy, photography, and design are owned by KWASANS. You may not use them without our written permission.

User content

If you submit a review, photo, message, or any other content to us, you grant KWASANS a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it in connection with our business. You confirm that the content is yours to share and does not violate anyone else's rights.

Reviews

We display reviews from real, verified customers. We do not pay for reviews, fabricate reviews, or suppress negative ones. Founding customers who received a complimentary product in exchange for an honest review are labeled "Verified — Founding Customer."

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KWASANS's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the site or any product will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KWASANS harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and KWASANS each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or participate in a class action.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we do, we'll change the effective date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
