What is KWASANS?

A four-formula daily supplement system: GLUCO (metabolic foundation), BIOME (gut support), LUME (skin, hair, and nails), FIELD (daily greens and nourishment). Designed to be taken together as a connected routine, or one product at a time.

Are these FDA approved?

Dietary supplements are not "FDA approved" — that's reserved for drugs. Like all supplements, KWASANS products are regulated as foods under FDA's Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act. Our formulas are made in facilities that follow Good Manufacturing Practices, and every batch is third-party tested for purity and potency. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Can I take all four together?

Yes — the system is designed that way. Most people take GLUCO and BIOME in the morning, LUME with food, and FIELD any time of day mixed into water. Your routine, your pace.

What's the best order to start?

Start with GLUCO. It's Step 01 — the metabolic foundation the rest of the routine layers on. If you're ready for more, the Core System (GLUCO + BIOME) is the most popular next step. The Complete System adds LUME and FIELD.

Are they vegan? Gluten-free? Allergens?

Each formula's ingredient panel is on its product page. Most KWASANS products are plant-based and gluten-free, but read the label for your specific concerns. If you have allergies, please review the full ingredient list before ordering and consult your healthcare provider if uncertain.

Where are they made?

KWASANS products are manufactured in the United States by our supplier partner, in facilities that follow Good Manufacturing Practices.

Are they third-party tested?

Yes — every batch is tested by an independent lab for purity, potency, and contaminants.

Can I take KWASANS if I'm pregnant, nursing, or on medication?

Talk to your healthcare provider first. Some ingredients — including berberine in GLUCO — can interact with medications or aren't recommended during pregnancy or nursing. We'd rather you skip it than guess.

Subscriptions

How does the subscription work?

You choose how often you want each product — typically every 30 days — and we ship it automatically. You save 20% on every subscription order, get free shipping, and lock your founding price for as long as the subscription stays active.

How do I pause, skip, or cancel?

Sign in at kwasans.us/account. You can pause for any length of time, skip a single shipment, change cadence, swap products, or cancel — all without contacting us. No fees, no phone calls. Changes made before your next renewal take effect immediately.

What does "founding price locked for life" mean?

If you subscribe during our founding launch period, your subscription price for that product stays the same for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel and resubscribe later, the then-current price applies.

When will I be charged?

You're charged on the renewal date you select. We send a reminder before each renewal so nothing is a surprise.

What if I need a break?

Pause your subscription in your account. Pause indefinitely or pick a future restart date. It'll wait.

Shipping and returns

How long does shipping take?

US orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders take 7–21 business days. See Shipping for details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

What if I don't like it?

If your first order doesn't feel right within 30 days, we'll refund it. See Returns.
