Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Subscription renewals ship on or around your renewal date.
United States
Standard shipping arrives in 3–7 business days from the date your order ships. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $60.
Expedited options are available at checkout if you need it faster.
International
We ship to most countries shown in the region selector at checkout. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout. Please check your country's import rules before ordering — some countries restrict certain supplement ingredients.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you have an account, you can also see tracking in your order history.
Delays and exceptions
Carriers occasionally run behind during holidays, weather events, or peak periods. If your order is significantly delayed, write to us — we'll help track it down.
Lost or stolen packages
If a package is marked delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's still missing after 48 hours, contact us — we'll work with the carrier on a claim and make it right.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of the package and contents and email us within 7 days. We'll replace it.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We can update an address before the order ships — contact us as soon as possible. Once a package has shipped, we can't reroute it, and orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for a free replacement.
PO boxes, APO, FPO
We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Delivery times to APO/FPO can be longer.
