This policy describes how Nav Collective LLC ("KWASANS," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit kwasans.us, shop with us, or subscribe to our daily growth system.

What we collect

You give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (optional), payment information (processed by Shopify Payments — we do not store full card numbers), order history, communication preferences, and anything you write to us.

We collect automatically: IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, time on site, referring source, and items added to cart. This is collected via cookies and similar technologies — see Cookies and tracking below.

From others: if you arrive from a paid ad or social platform, we may receive limited information about the campaign that referred you. If you sign in with a third-party account, we receive the information that platform shares.

How we use it

  • To fulfill your order and manage your subscription
  • To respond when you contact us
  • To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and account notices
  • To send marketing emails (only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe from any email)
  • To improve the site, our products, and the routine
  • To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share what's necessary with vendors who help us run the business, under contracts that limit their use:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform, payment processing, and order management
  • Supliful — manufacturing and fulfillment partner
  • Shipping carriers — to deliver your order
  • Email and marketing tools — to send notifications you've subscribed to
  • Analytics and advertising partners — including Meta, TikTok, and Google, to understand site performance and reach the right people. See Cookies and tracking.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for three purposes:

  • Essential — to operate the site, cart, and checkout. These cannot be turned off.
  • Analytics — to measure performance and improve the site.
  • Advertising — including the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Ads tags, to show relevant ads and measure their effectiveness.

You can manage your preferences in the cookie banner that appears on your first visit, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Many browsers also support "Do Not Track" — we honor it where required by law.

Your rights

If you live in California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what we've collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To make a request, email hello@kwasans.us. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

If you live in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland (GDPR/UK GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. The legal bases we rely on are contract performance (to fulfill your order), legitimate interest (to improve and secure our service), and consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Everyone else: you can email us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We respond to all reasonable requests.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Subscription and order records are typically kept for seven years for tax purposes.

International transfers

KWASANS operates from the United States. If you visit us from outside the US, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Children

KWASANS is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where the change is significant, notify you by email or a notice on the site.
