30-day routine guarantee
If your first KWASANS order doesn't feel right within 30 days of delivery, we'll refund it. No need to send it back — just write to us. One refund per customer for first orders.
Standard returns
For orders beyond your first, we accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@kwasans.us with your order number. We'll send return instructions.
For opened products beyond the first-order guarantee, we review case-by-case — write to us and we'll talk it through.
How refunds work
Once we receive your return (or approve a no-return refund under the guarantee), we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. It may take an additional few days for your bank to post it.
Original shipping is non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
Return shipping
For returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we cover return shipping. For other returns, the cost is yours.
Damaged or defective
If something arrived damaged or defective, photograph it and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it at no charge.
International returns
International returns follow the same window. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs fees. Email us before sending anything back.
Subscription cancellations
Canceling a subscription is not the same as returning a product. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime at kwasans.us/account — there are no fees and no phone calls required. Changes made before your next renewal date take effect immediately.
If you were charged for a subscription renewal you no longer want, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we'll cancel and refund it.
Non-returnable
Free gifts, promotional items, and final-sale items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
