On building a routine you'll actually keep

We talked to early customers about what they'd tried before. Most had a graveyard of half-used bottles. A nootropic stack from 2022. A collagen powder that lived in the back of the pantry. A multivitamin they remembered to take twice a week.

The problem wasn't the formulas. The problem was the routine.

A wellness system that requires you to remember six things, at three different times, with two different stomach conditions, isn't a system. It's a project.

We built KWASANS around a different question: what's the smallest possible routine that does meaningful work?

Four products. Taken in the morning. In a clear order. With a label on each one that tells you exactly where it sits in the day.

We chose four because three felt incomplete and five felt like a chore. We chose mornings because that's when habits stick. We chose to label the steps: Step 01, 02, 03, 04 because a routine you can describe is a routine you can keep.

The best supplement is the one you remember to take.
